Spectrum Health's Center For Joint Replacement has already earned a reputation for hip and knee replacement procedures with results that rank among the best in the United States. We are the only program in West Michigan joints, hip fractures, other fractures, orthopedic conditions, and med/surg patients.
This is a part position with the expectation of working 28 hours every two weeks. This position utilizes core scheduling. An employee will be hired into apermanent schedulethat repeats every 4 weeks. The days and hours are already preset and cannot be permanently changed to accommodate a personal or school schedule. This schedule will not have the ability to drop below 28 hours per pay period. However, there is opportunity to trade shifts with other employees or take PTO when a day off is needed.
*Schedule:*
*Week 1 -*Friday 6:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
*Week 2 -* Wednesday 2:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. and Saturday 6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
*Week 3 -* Sunday 6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Thursday 6:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
*Week 4-* Friday 2:30 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Basic Qualifications:
Education - High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience - 2 years of experience typically gained through skills/knowledge/abilities in related experience and successful completion of competency based orientation program
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience - 6 months of experience in a health care setting, preferably with direct patient care experience
